Booking Policy

FlyByPhone is an independent travel agency that books new flights by phone. This page explains how a booking works.

Before you pay

Your agent will tell you the total price, including the airfare, taxes, and any FlyByPhone service fee, together with the main fare rules. Nothing is charged until you agree.

Ticketing

Tickets are issued by the operating carrier. Your confirmation and e-ticket are sent to the email address you provide during the call.

Changes and cancellations

FlyByPhone focuses on new flight bookings. After a ticket is issued, any change, cancellation, or refund is subject to the operating carrier's fare rules, and you may contact the carrier directly.

Service fees

FlyByPhone service fees are separate from airline charges and are disclosed before a booking is completed.
